I am a 29 year old photographer in Charlotte, MI specializing in nocturnal photography, time-lapse, and 360 imagery.

Much of my images are the result of landscapes, layers, trials, errors, and experiments. Being quiet by nature, I find peace in the solitude of moonless starlight. Photography is a solo sport where I setout to create unique imagery and engage the viewer.  I’ll always be looking for different ways to focus, blend, dodge, and burn on my photographic journey.

Saving up enough Kool-Aid points I acquired a pink camera at 6 years old casually taking photos throughout the years. While at Lansing Community College I began experimenting with a variety of different types of photography becoming heavily interested in creating imagery that is beyond the naked eye. I discovered macro/closeup photography, long exposure time-lapse, and 360x180 panoramas. Utilizing various techniques I built a 4 camera rig with fisheye lenses to shoot 360 degree night sky panorama time-lapses.

Upon graduating LCC in May of 2013 I’ve pursued photography full-time as an artist. Spending much of my time shooting time-lapse imagery with the 360 night sky rig in various locations. I’ve produced several time-lapse videos: The Firefly Time-Lapse, Planetary Panoramas, Aurora Panoramas, and Astro Arches 360. With the rise 360/VR video viewers has made it possible to share my art in an immersive format. I love working with new software/technologies to create interesting engaging content.

Windwalker Underground Gallery in Charlotte, MI is where I display my work, help host all types of different events, collaborate with other artist, and engage in community events. My most recent photoworks pair night sky phenomenon with interesting scapes throughout the town of Charlotte. Much of my inspiration comes from awesome people doing different things than I do progressing their craft and pushing themselves further every day.
